Our Story

Tonse was born out of a bold vision to transform Zambia’s digital future. Founded in 2024 by a team of young, passionate innovators in Lusaka, we saw firsthand the challenges of high youth unemployment and the untapped potential of our country’s vibrant talent. In a modest co-working space, fueled by big ideas and a drive for change, we set out to build an ICT platform that not only develops cutting-edge digital solutions but also equips young Zambians with the skills and opportunities they need to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
