    • Customer Technical Data, which includes data about throughput delivered to you over time, service connectivity, latency, quality metrics, sky obstruction data, device orientation and location, WiFi quality metrics, WiFi device information, and the public IP address information assigned to you over time.
    • Location Data (not precise geolocation), which includes your general location in order to provide you with the appropriate services.
    • Communication Information, which may include audio, electronic, or visual information, any data in any files uploaded, emailed or otherwise provided by you, the contents of your communications with us, whether via e-mail, social media, telephone or otherwise, and inferences we may make from other personal information we collect.

Those third party websites and applications may also collect information about your activity on our websites and applications, or devices associated with you, Tracking data collected by our advertising websites and platforms help us determine what ads we may use on the platforms and help us analyze improvements to our advertising strategy.

    • Cookie Categories. Our website using first party and third party cookies to provide you services and resources you may have requested while on our website. We classify these cookies in the following categories:

      • Strictly necessary cookies – used for providing the services, applications, and other essential functionalities of our website.

In this context, we are not sharing personal information; you are using our service to share data and we are merely connecting you to the Internet.

  5. How Do We Protect Personal Information?

    We implement technological, physical and administrative procedures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information. We encrypt information sent via the Tonse services to and from your Tonse equipment.

    Although we endeavour to keep information secure, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use or disclose personal information. We maintain procedures to deal with any suspected breach of personal information, and we will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

  6. Your Privacy Rights

    You may have legal rights to access, update, or erase certain personal information that we have about you, or restrict or object to how we use it. If you have such rights and you make a legitimate request, we will do what you request. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. For your security, we may need to request specific information from you to help us make sure the request is coming from you and not someone who has no right to receive it.

    We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 16. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will promptly take steps to delete that information.     We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it has been collected or any longer retention period required by law. Tonse account information is generally retained for the life of the account +2 years, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

    We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our website, including the information or content contained within them. We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing personal information to third parties, since any personal information disclosed will be subject to the applicable third party’s privacy policy.
